YES!!! I know what catch and release meant!!! Guantanamo detainees were being discreetly relocated to countries under refugee programs. Catching and releasing terrorists while also emptying out and ultimately disbanding Guantanamo Bay. You don't understand how Importnt Trump's executive order deeming them as enemy combatants is! It means habeus corpus cannot be applied and therefore they cannot be tried in corrupt federal courts which would have them caught and released again. It means they will be tried by military tribunals and be sent to GB where they then can be roughed up for information.
