Regarding the 11.25 stringer

Did a bunch of research on the court systems. It should be noted that there are 13 US districts in the circuit court and 89 districts of the US District Courts (not including 5 of guam/vi/pr).

Since 10.26.17, there have been 18 judges appointed to various spots in these systems. Furthermore, there is 1 circuit court of appeals, on which 12 judges sit. Finally there is the SC.

There have also been around 18 US attorneys appointed to those systems.

Note: This link is confirmed only. There are currently 105 pending on the calendar (for civilians).

I am pretty sure these things are very relevant to this stringer, maybe even the map.
