Why this comes up makes no sense… however astrology is something that can help organize thing into seasons. Or is the foundation of calendars of ancient times. Most do not know this relation to things but most have not studied enough about calendars to know this.
So the reality is that things will be applied to anything in a calendar so to period. So theoretically it applies to everything depending on how you look at it.
