I don't use Google nor rely on it. I still have hardcopies of everything, including optical discs and players, thumbdrives and external harddrives. All my favorite media I need is backed up on multiple offline mediums too. I'll be fine.

If you don't want to be enslaved by technocracy, learn not to rely on AI or virtual reality. Learn no-tech and low-tech solutions for everything. Some of the best tech came out 15 to 20 years ago, honestly, because even today it just works. For example, an old fashion typewriter, it doesn't need to be online to work. A DVD player and some DVDs, you don't rely on third parties to watch your favorite shows or movies. An old Dodge Ram Charger, it just works, does not rely on sensor systems or any of that digital crap, just make sure to have an atlas and topographical maps when commuting longer distances.
