You can make your own Earl Grey - I just use black Ceylon tea, get a good Arabic brand like Ahmad or Zarrin. The OPA line is great, nice big tea leaves, not a powder. Then just add a couple drops of a good Bergamot extract in it and let it sit in the tin for a while, I also add some Cardamom in the tea pot.

Yes, go easy, I just put like two drops into a one cup tin of tea. Goes a long way. Yum yum though, esp. if you drink it very hot with a little cream, milk or my fav evaporated milk.

Try some mint tea. If you grow mint, just use some fresh mint leaves.

Or, what I love whenever I have any stomach ailment or need to get C into me, try getting some dried limes - only seen them in middle eastern stores, it's literally a dried lime. You break it up into your tea, or just into a pot of hot water and drink it hot and slowly, oh my, it really cures!!
