Mr. Biden [Wildfire meeting]: It's gonna cos tens of billions of dollars to get Los Angeles to back to where it was, so we're gonna need congress to step up to provide funding, to get this done.

Mr. Biden; We're not waiting until those fires are over to start helping victims. We're getting them help right now, as you all know. People impacted by these fires are gonna receive one-time payment of seven hundred, seventy dollars. One-time payment. So they can quickly purchase things like water, baby formula, prescriptions.

Mr. Biden: Hearing reported by the press that there's misinformation being put out there from some sources…are you seeing much of that?

FEMA Administrator Criswell: We are seeing some of that, similar to what we saw in North Carolina.
