A loophole isn't a lie.
It's a law that wasn't thought through all the way.
It's the legislators who are to be blamed for that.
The LEOs don't work for you.
They are a bunch of goons who work for the Establishment that has enslaved us.
They are useful idiots.
Every once in a while a LEO has to do something good for the public to get the public to keep trusting them.
But the good things are rare.
Mostly they just harass basically good people to extract fines from them.
They don't bother with actual criminals because they know that the corrupt courts and judges are just going to let them go anyways, unless there are prisons to be filled to make money off of.
It's all about the money.
