USAF HOUND96 (Special Ops) took off near Toledo, OH eastbound; currently over W NY state still eastbound.
We're kind of just sniffing around for possible evidence of current happenings. What we're finding doesn't seem to point to anything in particular other than a likely urgent meeting of military brass in DC, where the aircraft arrived a few hours ago.

SNCTM to me spells Sanctum, as in
Inner Sanctum, as in a room within a room that is shielded from view. Also where they do their satanic things, a perversion/inversion on the idea of holiness.
And it reminds me too of NXIVM which they pronounce Nexium by inserting the missing vowels and changing the V to a U (like early Roman letters spelled U with the V glyph).
