Anybody watching or following this case?

CNN Defamation Trial — Zachary Young v. CNN — Day Five

So Zach, former navy seal, was working with u.s. corporations (who were the sponsors) in trying to get Afghans out of Afgnstn after the chaotic withdrawal that Biden admin led.

If you listen to this case it seems to me that the clowns at CNN were specifically after this guy trying to take him down. He's suing them now for defamation, he lost all his contacts in the work he was doing and thus lost all his income.

I keep asking,why??? We know they're clowns and we know they bend over backwards for Dems/obambam/biden. So why wouldn't they want the Afghans that had helped the U.S. (i.e. interpreters etc.) getting out of the Country??

Anyone know?

My theory is that they didn't want them coming here and being able to be interviewed more easily by legit journalists and that they'd end up spilling the beans on biden & obama and everyone involved in the Afghan shit and why were there in the first place. But I don't know yet. It seems that Zach's attorneys are trying to steer clear of any of the politics involved and LYING FAKE NEWS CNN is trying to make it sound like they gave a fuck about the Afghans being taken advantage of.
