This question doesn't even make sense.
Q is a group of distinct people. They don't even necessarily directly monitor the board themselves, they have their own subordinates who can do it; at least one subordinate has directly posted (re. ghidra)
The concept of "Qanon" was created by the enemy to conflate Q and Anons. Therefore Q is most certainly not an anon. Q members have at time encountered problems with board etiquette and board terms. Most of the language used indicates they are of generation X and baby boomer age and have naval experience.
The military intelligence apparatus is by necessity small, so it is likely that this is a cross group covering all armed forces, and not specific to one branch or organization.
