Just had someone drag one of my garbage cans to the the side of the house making a racket, they were gone by the time I went out. There is no wind. Two or three days ago, as the wife was blowing leaves that were dumped on our property one of them just died as if hit by an EMP or something. I hope you have been watching, that cost us about $150-200. These people save leaves to harass us, and we just had to clean again yesterday from the E. There is no new low level of pettiness or deadly attacks they won't go to.

Wife told me she heard the E neighbor at the same time banged his cans when I asked her if she heard the noise. They work together, and usually either spray chemicals first, or have some type of energy weapon they use covertly. 4 Days.
