A few years ago there was a team of bakers that for the most part kept the breads going 24/7. To keep from wasting bread coordination for doing new breads or finishing a current one if baker had to depart was done over on /comms/.
Along came OSS and his crew. They poisoned the waters by claiming that only "comms bakers" could bake and were thus part of a "baker's union."
This had the effect of turning anons against the ones that were putting in the effort to keep the breads going day after day. This was after 2017.
Worked brilliantly, OSS became a BV, only his cronies could bake (I know this because OSS permabanned me for baking a bread where I included the Internationals list, even though the one prior and the one after had the same list)
The permabans listed in the Board Log "for no reason" became common and in disgust many of the experienced bakers that had been working hard decided to leave.
