Cops blocking drive thru cite man who flipped them off for disorderly conduct, prosecutor later changed it to interference/obstruction, then offered to drop the charges if he agreed not to sue.
So why aren't the cop and prosecutor being charged under 18 USC 241 and 18 USC 242?
You don't have rights when they don't care about them and those paid to enforce them refuse to do so.
