Biden administration lied about jobs:

So if claiming more jobs = a claim of a worker shortage then…it leads to more excuses for the need for foreign workers which actually cuts U.S. citizens out of more jobs…

Is there a legal recourse in the False Claims Act for harm done to American workers, especially for the benefit of non-citizen employment? Or is that act only for getting money from the government illegally? (Which, when you think about it, importing cheaper labor under a false claim is pocketing more profits…)
