Treasury Executive David Lebryk controls $6 Trillion in US payments annually. He refused to give Elon Musk's team DOGE access to the payment system.

Then he quit when pressed by DOGE. Seems that David never ever stopped a payment, even if it was FRAUD or going to a Terrorist Group
