On Friday, it was reported that Immigration and Customs Enforcement was preparing to launch a “big f–king operation” in sanctuary cities on Tuesday — just one day after Trump’s inauguration.

The Wall Street Journal reported that over 200 ICE agents would be deployed to Chicago alone.

Homan appeared to confirm the report during an appearance on Fox News later in the day.

“It’s going to be a big raid all across the country,” Homan said.

“Chicago is just one of many places. We’ve got 24 [ICE] field offices across the country. On Tuesday, ICE is finally going to go out and do their job. We’re going to take the handcuffs off ICE and let them go arrest criminal aliens. That’s what’s going to happen.”

Homan explained that ICE will “enforce immigration law without apology” but “concentrate on the worst first.”

His plot failed and police arrested him. Police investigators then pulled an apparent Nazi flag from a U-Haul truck after the crash near the White House and laid it on the street for photographers.

It was a white supremacist attack!

As Kristinn Taylor reported — Eyewitnesses say the truck was driven twice into a barrier before stopping. The incident took place at the north side of Lafayette Park at 16th and H St, NW. Police laid out the flag on the sidewalk near the truck, apparently for the media to film, before folding it up and taking it away.

Of course, the story was suspicious from the get-go. The only thing they found in the truck was a Nazi flag? This was too convenient for Joe Biden and the FBI’s narrative of the dreaded white supremacist threat in America. It smelled like another fed operation.

The motion proposed freezing salaries at 2024 levels, which would have resulted in a marginal salary decrease for councillors as the recent pay increase would have been rolled back.

The motion resulted in a 7-7 vote. Ties result in motions being defeated. Also, the motion would have required a two-thirds majority to pass because the previous pay increases were approved on the average weekly earnings formula.

The start of the new year saw the mayor and councillors receive a 3.07% pay raise, bringing the total raises to 9.49% since 2022. Councillors are paid $124,462.60 annually, and the mayor is paid $220,298.83.

City councillor Sonya Sharp introduced the motion and had some strong words following its defeat.

Sharp said she believes councillors should have a set wage throughout their four-year term.

WEF’s Global Risks Report 2025 downplays economic threats while pushing disinformation fears to justify tighter control and global governance.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is gearing up for its Davos meeting, set to take place January 20-24, and the group has now released the Global Risks Report 2025.

The report is based on “insights” from the Global Risks Perception Survey that take into account the opinions of 900 “global leaders” across business, government, academia and civil society, the WEF said.

The report reflects the unrelenting drive still present in many corners of the world and among political elites to push what they consider “disinformation” to the top of this agenda.

And so the WEF paper talks about “armed conflict, environment, and disinformation” as “top threats” this year. And that, as the authors note, from their point of view leaves economic risks as having “less immediate prominence.”

Meanwhile, “mis/disinformation” is ranked higher as a threat and that has happened two years in a row. This reads like another instance of taking an alarmist approach to “disinformation” (which then comes in handy when pushing all sorts of controversial policies, affecting online speech, security, and technology development). The World Economic Forum (WEF) is demanding that governments “collaborate” with the unelected globalist organization to usher in a “new world order.”

According to WEF President and CEO Børge Brende, a “global collaboration” is essential for tackling “bird flu,” “Covid,” climate change,” and “cybercrime.”

However, Brende warns that the world will “enter a period of instability and volatility” unless “this new world order” transition is completed soon.

Brende made the call during the launch of the WEF’s new “Global Cooperation Barometer.”

The event was held shortly before the 2025 WEF Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland next week.

During his remarks, Brende laid out the WEF’s demands for global collaboration.

Brende instructed leaders in government and business to prepare for the WEF’s globalist vision of a “new world order.”

He argued that the world has become “very fragmented” due to many alleged crises.
