This anon has been making own deodorant for decades. Basic recipe is lime juice, aloe vera, a few drops of grapefruit seed extract, iodine and selected essential oils. Changing the essential oils occasionally avoids the phenomenon of fading effectiveness.
The essential oils, grapefruit seed extract and iodine are all antibacterial, antifungal and generally antimicrobial. Anon makes own colloidal/ionic silver solution, but not needed for deodorant recipe.
