Typically the Propagandist will just make a sketch, with not too much detail.
Notice how FakeNews never fills in too many close details, about Trump's trials, about his alleged character. That's on purpose.
They leave it up to people's imagination, which is so much more powerful.
Notice the strength of Trump. He gets into the "nitty gritty" when he does his speeches and rallies.
So does Bannon, and that's the strength of posse, as Bannon mentions regularly; well - informed.

Also, if you fail to look too close, with patience, they can tell you what you are seeing and you might believe them out of convenience.
