Ocular or Retinal Migraine. I get them every day since heart surgery 10 years ago. Doctors say O2 starvation to parts of the brain because of irregular oxygenation during surgery. Never turns into headache, one or both eyes, sometimes just blacks out 40-50% of my FOV. Have to pull over and let those pass. Takes about 20 minutes.
