>>22388412 we need to read the actual pardon before we can know anything. It has to meet the legal definition of a pardon and not be immunity disguised as a pardon.

If the military doesn't recognize Biden as CiC then they would have jurisdiction for military tribunals. Tribunals would require some part of this conspiracy taking place on a military installation. (Inside the residence or dining area plus more in the WH, on AF1, Pentagon ect…)I only bring that up because SecDef was told he had no authority over the plea agreement for the 911 conspirator's trial

Biden has not legally been confirmed non compos mentis. The closest thing we have is a prosecutor saying he has a poor memory but that is not a legal ruling. His powers cannot be taken away because people "think" he is senile

They have to have committed the crime in order to get a pardon. they can deny it in front of the pubic and lie but they have to tell the truth under oath or the pardon is not a pardon. That would constitute a shield from investigation.

>>22388617 questioning these pardons based on non compos mentis is hopium. You cannot go backwards in time and prove he wasn't competent at the time of signing. It's a dead horse.

Best way to undo these pardons is to question the definition. If the party receiving a pardon denies committing the crime under oath, they essentially void the pardon themselves.

In the J6 Committee case, they can be charged with the same crimes they were "pardoned" for if they continue the cover up of the crimes. It becomes a new crime of a continuation of the conspiracy to overthrow a sitting president.
