Don't think that was really the plan.
No person shall beelectedto the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once.
So if the Dems can prove Trump was elected in 2016 and 2020, then his election in 2024 is null and void.
It doesn't say elected, certified, and served. It just says "elected." Take that to the SC and watch the libs and RINOs jump all over that!
Best to just leave 2020 as an issue to be debated in the history books, and move forward with the destruction of the deep state.

I could see a scenario that Trump would go to the SC and ask that an exception be made to the 22nd amendment to allow him to be elected the third time, as the second time was stolen from him and a fraud perpetrated on the American people, but there is no certainty how the SC will rule on the strict interpretation of the 22nd amendment in this case. The libs and the RINOs would push to use it to unseat Trump. People with common sense would allow an exception to allow restoration of the term that was taken from him.
Again, I don't trust the SC to rule on this with common sense. Let Trump have his term, starting today, for four full years!
