They can still be prosecuted in the court of public opinion.. just bring out and reveal what they're guilty of in a way everyone knows it and the media can't hide it. 100% on these people.. not 40% because the public can't handle it. They want pardons, it just went from 40% public to 100% public no matter what it is.

As yet no, but they do care what people think because it's required for them to retain their positions. But wait until everyone knows what they're guilty of. I often wonder how long this country can maintain its civility in the face of corruption. In other countries they drag politicians outside and throw them in dumpsters.
