Could be worseโ€ฆFB, perhaps. But fuck that noise. Last I checked, Twitter isn't a process server. Can't they just fax the damn summons to the Ecuadorian embassy? I don't understand the legal process here. No one really does heh.

Yes, thank you. I went to law school, I just don't practice law. I understand that. I was opining on serving process on it through Twitter. Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) Rule 4(f) governs service of process on a foreign entity. Looks like it has to be agreed on.

Early evening shift (or whatever the fuck ya wanna call it) took care of dissecting the FISA documents lastโ€ฆevening. Found quite a bit of interesting information. Like how they cited "news articles" to establish probable cause for their warrant. On multiple occasions, Page professed that "Candidate 2" (HRC) was trying to railroad him and that the evidence was made up. Judge signed the warrant anyway. Judges ignored A LOT of exculpatory evidence. Strzok's signature is redacted. Dates, redacted.

That's the list of individuals who are authorized to sign off on a FISA application. They have pre-printed shit so the undersigned can just sign it on his/her respective "line" without having to add their title. In other words, it's like an assembly line.

Hope you find what you're looking for. I went to bed before they got it all torn apart. Was helping, very tedious work. Here's a nice page showing the FBI lied to one of the FISC judges. One of many. Some are calling for the judges to be held accountable for ignoring all of this exculpatory shit and signing off.

Manafort is a world class piece of shit. No sympathy. Page is shady as fuck too. If this were a legit investigation, Page would be under arrest right now. He would've been arrested last year. Plants need water too. Andrew McCarthy that Fox contributor and ex-AUSA said the judges need to be investigated.

Not as far as I know. There's very little, if any opportunity for review of one of these orders. They rubber stamp them, clearly. I'm not even sure if they can be appealed as the target of a FISA application would not necessarily have Article III standing since the person could be foreign, never set foot on US soil. But an American citizen? I'm sure a creative attorney could establish Article III standing to challenge one of these orders.

All of these judges are appointed by the Chief Justice. Seven year, non-renewable terms. Congress can impeach them.
