Anons, I make a bunch of memes and always post them here( some are even ok). Anyway, I've always used an app on muh phone, but it went dark Sunday for the same reasons tiktok went dark.

Can anyone suggest a good photo editing app(layers, scaling, blending, etc) to replace it?

The time savings come from being able to quickly make a meme in response to posts. Relying on a computer would forces meme generation to an end of day activity. That delay makes topics stale and ideas fade. I've been making phone memes. For 3-4 years. It's been pretty productive.
