I heard they are closing Guantanamo since everyone has been pardoned and that’s that. This is handing the ultimate retribution back into the hands of the people. I don’t think we will see any of the pardoned individuals out in coffee shops anytime soon…
They can still be court martialed regardless of a pardon.
