Been battling so long that I went to hell, physically.
But this month I decided to reclaim my health, which should be easier because the research is done and it's just a matter of letting you faggots in on it.
Started eating healthier (on a better schedule) and drinking moar water a week ago and I feel better already, for the first time in a couple of years.
Workouts will resume in February.
It you take small steps, one day at a time, you'll get your health back.
For me it's not about looking "handsome" or "pretty" but, instead (as my late father used to advise) looking "unmemorable."
In other words, just fitting in, rather than being remembered as someone whose looks went south, or who let himself go.
We need Anons to live as long as possible, so the less memorable (more average) we appear, the healthier we are, and the longer we live.
Like soldiers.
