Hmm this makes perfect sense. Back in june Q told us JA has been on the news lately and then he posted this. If you recall, JA was saved by whitehats back in december of last year while at the same time CIA took control of Wikileaks(this is what he was referring to by saying you may have the site but we have the source) he even further proved it by including Wikileak's anti Q tweet. JA's extra security was removed from Ecuador embassy back in may of this year. My initial thought was that it was done because he was no longer in there due to december's successful rescue operation(and Ecuador was just pretending he was still there, thus his security was kept there for additional 6 months)
Furthermore VP Pence visited Ecuador in late june(timeline is pretty close to this Q's post) and now several weeks later Ecuador just suddenly announces JA will be handed over to UK after so many years of protection? If you remember past news, JA never wanted to turn himself in to either UK(or Sweden) because he knew he would get extracted to United States. Getting extracted to US is exactly what he wants now because it's no longer controlled by Hussein regime. I think his "extraction" will be done in secret because obviously he hasn't been in the Ecuador embassy since december so they can't show him in front of the cameras.
So now comes the final part. According to sources you're quoting, he will be handed over to UK between 22-28 of july. This is just in time before july ends(enough time to "extract him" to the US too) Now look at Q's post again: "July 2018- the month the world discovered the TRUTH"
