Just spotted this spoopy plane in UK airspace, flying too low for a fix. It's a 2-reg plane I reckon as VLZ is used by other 2-reg planes, for example, 2-BLUE flies as VLZ608. They are trying to fake RAF tail numbers but we're on to that. ICAO Transponder 43EC08 is within a series of ICAO codes used by Business Aviation Services of Guernsey.
Correction, ICAO code is 43EC48. Checked IOM registry but didn't get a hit. Guernsey registry doesn't give ICAO codes.
