WRONG, they are perfectly legal, and a Presidential pardon effectively wipes away the crime from existence. Therefore, after the pardon is granted, lower courts, state and district courts cannot prosecute for the same crime.

In the case where a state court has already filed charges, then the Presidential pardon does not apply to the state level charges. Only the Governor of that state has the power to pardon for them.

All of President Biden's pardons will stand, and cannot be reversed or revoked by President Trump or congress. This is all very clearly laid out in the constitution.

Only if the state proceedings were already taking place BEFORE the presidential pardon. If no state action was taking place, then SCOTUS has deemed that the crimes are effectively wiped away, as though they were never committed.
