Things are happening fast!

I'm a little behind in my research. Today, I went looking for the December 6 USDA announcement about testing dairy herds for bird flu and found that it had been removed.

>If they are using PCR to test sue them for fraud

International cases have found the PCR tests to be inadequate for making legal decisions. But it's possible that such a case against the USDA would be precedent-setting. Are the courts ready to rule on that yet?

On Larry Ellison's comments about using AI for medical purposes:

I agree that AI could be very useful that way, BUT I don't think any doctor should be required to use AI's recommendations. The doctor can use AI to find similar cases, etc, but he should be left to use his own discretion in how to proceed.

I remembered having done some research that included looking into computerized systems. This seems to be it. Apparently, computerized systems are being used as a tool in intensive care units.

Did he do it already maybe? This EO covers a lot of ground.
