My theory is…rumor has it that a portal(stargate) was found in Greenland…upon inspection and analysis…they came up with a solution to activate it, but it needs 3 original "bloodline" DNA to do it…all the ways of getting the DNA including 23andMe…they found two of them…so my assumption is they are using this "Project Stargate" to find that last DNA…which means if they find it, they think they can activate the "Stargate Portal"…hence the name "Project Stargate"…
