To clean. Easier to keep hose on bag and run water through bag with a bit of dish soap. When clear, I rerun more water through to get all soap out, then I clamp the hose and put ver hot water in the bag with a few drops of bleach, let it sit five minutes, squeeze the bag a bit to move the bleach water around. The I open the clamp and let all the bleach water exit via the hose and it cleans it more… last, I just use my sink sprayer hose and rinse the hanging bag, hose still on, unclamped letting water flow through hose freely. Then I take it all apart, rinse the small pieces and let them all dry.
I store all pieces in the hanging bag.
Once a month I will put all in a pot of boiling water and use a wooden spoon to sink it all.
Let it sit off the oven burner 10 minutes and it is all sanitized.
Pretty easy and fast once you do it a few times.

You will have to go a few times, even if you think you are done, stay near toilet, there will be more. I then go back and do another full enema., sometimes three. Nights are best for me. You will sleep great. Also, put some coconut oil on your butthole, not just the enema tip, makes easier to insert. Maybe a bit up in the butthole as well, just a bit with your finger.
Also, you can get various enema tips. Once you are a pro at his, use a tip that go higher into the Colin to get further up into the body. You get better results if you can get the enema solution further into the colon. I was able to do this about the third time doing the enemas.
