Clearly a wannabe. These people who do this are undoubtedly trying to help and trying to do so by involving themselves in the situation. Nine times out of ten they are, without a doubt, clear frauds. However in some cases they show themselves to be excellent R/I individuals and through that attempt to pass on their discovery to the main group of anons but do so in stupid ways such as pretending to be connected in one way or another.
Just remember, a member of such groups will never identify themselves as such as "Q" is not referring to themselves as "Q" but a combination of the team, the message to field assets not meant for anons, and the data they provide to anons. People who are connected do not use letters but a combination of both two letters and three numbers. So anytime someone is claiming or attempting to push data through the means of a letter they are auto make believe but their data could plausibly be good but just needs due diligence to confirm.
You anons should ask yourselves the following:
1) You know the Don very well in terms of how he has always been and how he has always treated disloyalty or trouble makers in business. The term "You're Fired!" is one he uses without any issue to anyone impacting his business.
2) With that in mind, it was recently made public (finally) that he or any American had no connection to Russia with any election issues. So why is Mueller and RR still in play?
3) On that note, we have 40,000 plus sealed indictments, who has been working on them and doing that investigation do you think? What do they refer to?
4) What do all former leads of agencies connected to the Foundation have in common if they did not continue being connected to it? You're right, they ended up dead. How does this relate to Mueller, Comey, RR, etc? Are you they still working with it? If so, why did Comey do what he did before the election and expose her? Why did RR come out three days back and absolve the POTUS? Why do they seem like they tried to hamper her?
5) Disinformation is necessary

Reporting an issue to the feds does not force you into silence unless you signed a non disclosure of said information (form 438B). You have fundamental rights which assure you are not limited from such things unless you signed your name as a quasi oath not to do so. Generally these last either two, three or in some cases twenty years but in cases of reporting intel I would be surprised if you were forced to do so.
America and Russia have long worked together on various things. Specifically space related work.
