Facts:

-Taxpayer Money goes to Feds

-Feds 'award' taxpayer money to Grantees (NGOs/non-profits/State Agencies/Local Gov)

SAFEGUARDS FOR MAKING SURE PAYMENTS ARE CORRECT, PROPER & LEGAL?

  1. Single Audit Act

  2. False Claims Act (Whistleblowers)

  3. Law Enforcement (DOJ/FBI)

Q TOLD US

  1. Whistle Blower traps

  2. DOJ/FBI needs deep clean

I've studied the Single Audit Act at length…I'm going to attempt to show you it is the KEY and anons need to take some time studying it and understanding how it works. I will try to help and show you the open sources for anons to double check their local government.

Think of the Single Audit Act (SAA) like the SEC. —The SEC protects investor $ in publicly traded companies.

SAA —The SAA protects taxpayer $ that is passed from Federal Gov. to grantees

So Q told us 2 of the 3 safeguards for taxpayer money are compromised….

Let's dig into the one that Q asked us about, "Who audits where the money actually goes?"

2 CFR Section 200 is 'The Single Audit Act'

High Level Overview of this Act…

This Act covers EVERYTHING involving the process of auditing recipients of taxpayer money:

Just a simple read through the Act's sections gives you a good idea of what it entails without getting overwhelmed with the wordiness.

I'm going to focus on the Audit requirements so as not to overwhelm anons. This is soooo important for the public to understand because there is nothing else standing between the cabal and our taxpayer money!

If anons don't want to understand we might as well give up. We are writing

BLANK CHECKS

to the people that enslave us!

AUDITS

200.501 Audit requirements.

200.502 Basis for determining Federal

awards expended.

I'm also going to focus on the 'Required Certifications' and the penalties for violating The Single Audit Act:

200.415 Required certifications.

200.435 Defense and prosecution of criminal

and civil proceedings, claims, appeals

and patent infringements.

>Connected, yes, but not the prime mover.

If audits are not done or not done right it is grounds for False Claims Act case….False Claims Act cases when filed are filed under seal.

2 CFR Section 200.415:

§ 200.415 Required certifications.

Required certifications include:

(a) To assure that expenditures are

proper and in accordance with the

terms and conditions of the Federal

award and approved project budgets,

the annual and final fiscal reports or

vouchers requesting payment under the

agreements must include a certification,

signed by an official who is authorized

to legally bind the non-Federal

entity, which reads as follows: ‘‘By

signing this report, I certify to the best

of my knowledge and belief that the report

is true, complete, and accurate,

and the expenditures, disbursements

and cash receipts are for the purposes

and objectives set forth in the terms

and conditions of the Federal award. I

am aware that any false, fictitious, or

fraudulent information, or the omission

of any material fact, may subject

me to criminal, civil or administrative

penalties for fraud, false statements,

false claims or otherwise. (U.S. Code

Title 18, Section 1001 and Title 31, Sections

3729–3730 and 3801–3812).’’

If you can learn what I did and share it we will have undeniable proof for the normies.

They are not auditing tax payer money and it is all there for us to find. No one ever argues with bank statements right?

OK so I've established The Single Audit Act as an important safeguard for taxpayer money.

HOW DOES THE PUBLIC KNOW IF AUDITS ARE BEING DONE?

Very simple….there is a database of EVERY SINGLE AUDIT

https://harvester.census.gov/facdissem/Main.aspx

You can search the database

You can download the database

If you download the database you can do graphs and pivot tables and all kinds of queries.

>the reason we are in a pickle now is because the govt. has IGNORED the rule of law and the constitution

Yes, sadly they are not giving parents their appeal-as-of-right when they are "flipping custody" in closed divorce cases without due process/notice/evidentiary hearing.

Case in point - see attached.

This parent never got an appeal - 2 minute hearing in a closed divorce case - children taken. Justice Scalia murdered 6 days before this case went to conference. There should have NEVER been a question as to whether or not this case was heard. It was an appeal-as-of-right that the state brushed under the rug.

Scalia wanted this case heard…Arthur Aidala even said on Fox Scalia was most upset about how families in this country are being treated.

Turns out…the children keyed into the computer system falsely as foster care children. For the money and free college.

I agree! ICE is following the money! Cohen took POTUS' retainer and then who knows what Cohen did with the money from there. ICE wrote that Attorney Trust accounts are being used in money laundering schemes!

If you have a better analogy have at it.

2 CFR Section 200 The Single Audit Act governs how taxpayer money is spent is all that I am saying.

POTUS is in total control of The Single Audit Act….there is no middle man like the SEC.

So now I'd like to show Anons how to look at a particular Federal Award.

Each Federal Program has something called CFDA number.

Let's take a program many are familiar with…SNAP - Supplemental Nutrition Assistant Program CFDA 10.551

Oh wow….just found a new government website, anons as I was writing this out for you and looking up SNAP CFDA#!

beta.sam.gov SEE PIC

"This will be the official U.S. government website for people who make, receive, and manage federal awards."

Typed 10.551 into the new site and got PIC3

>how we get any other number for something we are interested in?

Search engines are your friend. If you know the name of the Federal Program you can search it and 'CFDA' and usually come up with the CFDA.

For instance, I was very interested in the funding for foster care….so I used search engines to narrow it down and zero in on the fund. You have to read about the particular program you are interested in and dig. See what the regulations are around that program. What reports are due when, etc.
