Yeah after you change them from A B C…Z 1 2 3…26 you use teslas number system 1-9 and you add the digits together and simplify to a single digit. It was obvious to me I found something when FOX= 666 and DMV = 444 and IR = 99 these acronyms came from this number system. This helps me decode really well and I have found it to be very accurate
Using this number system I can now add up license plates to known numbers and if it = 26 that’s an alphabet agent
If the plate = 4-2 that means they serve the president or if they have a VT sticker is also 42
