Senators Receive 11th Hour Affidavit with New Allegations Against Pete Hegseth Ahead of Confirmation Vote – Hegseth’s Second Wife Responds!

Senators received an 11th hour affidavit with spousal abuse allegations against Trump’s Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth ahead of his confirmation vote.

On Monday, the Senate Armed Services Committee voted to advance Pete Hegseth’s nomination to a full senate floor vote.Senators can vote as early as Thursday to confirm Hegseth.

However,an affidavit from Hegseth’s former sister-in-law, Danielle Hegseth, alleging “instances of abuse” and “mistreatment of a former spouse” involving Hegseth’s second wife, Samantha Hegseth, was submitted to senators.

Samantha Hegseth responded to the allegations via email, according to NBC News: “First and foremost, I have not and will not comment on my marriage to Pete Hegseth. I do not have representatives speaking on my behalf, nor have I ever asked anyone to share or speak about the details of my marriage on my behalf, whether it be a reporter, a committee member, a transition team member, etc.”

Samantha Hegseth added, “I do not believe your information to be accurate, and I have cc’d my lawyer.”

“There was no physical abuse in my marriage. This is the only further statement I will make to you, I have let you know that I am not speaking and will not speak on my marriage to Pete.Please respect this decision.”

Tim Parlatore, an attorney for Pete Hegseth,blasted Danielle Hegseth for her false allegations.

“Sam has never alleged that there was any abuse, she signed court documents acknowledging that there was no abuse and recently reaffirmed the same during her FBI interview. Belated claims by Danielle Dietrich, an anti-Trump far left Democrat who is divorced from Mr. Hegseth’s brother and never got along with the Hegseth family, do nothing to change that,” Tim Parlatore said in a statement to NBC News.

“After an acrimonious divorce, Ms. Dietrich has had an axe to grind against the entire Hegseth family,” Parlatore added. “Ms. Dietrich admits that she saw nothingbut is now falsely accusing Sam of lying to both the Court and to the FBI because of private, undocumented statements that she allegedly made 10 years ago.”

Senators received an affidavit Tuesday from the former sister-in-law of defense secretary nominee Pete Hegseth in which she says his behavior caused his second wife to fear for her safety. The receipt of the affidavit comes after Senate Armed Services Committee staffers were in contact with Hegseth’s former sister-in-law for several days.

The former sister-in-law, Danielle Hegseth,submitted the affidavit in response to a Jan. 18 letter from Sen. Jack Reed, D-R.I., seeking “a statement attesting to your personal knowledge about Mr. Hegseth’s fitness to occupy this important position.”

Reed, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Armed Services Committee, asked Danielle Hegseth to detail what she knew of “instances of abuse, or threats of abuse, perpetrated against any other person” and “mistreatment of a spouse, former spouse, or other members of his family,” among other requests.

The Forgotten: Green Beret Master Sergeant Jeremy Brown Among J6ers Not Eligible Under President Trump’s Pardonsby Brian Lupo Jan. 21, 2025

Retired Green Beret Master Sergeant Jeremy Brown has been in the gulag for 1,209 days and is not currently included in President Trump’s recent pardon of J6ers. On Monday morning, retired Green Beret Master Sergeant Jeremy Brown issued a hopeful statement before President Donald Trump’s inauguration. MSgt Brown broke his silence after 7 years to say that Trump’s inauguration was “the 6th most important day” of his life, only because he has “five amazing daughters.” He said he hadn’t felt this much anticipation, uncertainty and suspense since he returned from his first combat deployment as an Army Ranger.

For the first time in 40 months, he felt “HOPE!”

All that came crashing down Monday evening when MSgt Brown was not among all of the J6ers that were pardoned by President Trump’s Executive Order.

MSgt Brown is in a somewhat unique situation. He was facing federal charges intwo separate districts: the Middle District of Florida in Tampa and in Washington DC.The DC trial was over misdemeanor trespass chargesfor his attendance as security for a speaker at the US Capitol. He was non-violent and never entered the US Capitol building.

But in September of 2021, after publishing security footage from his home and a personal recording, both of interactions with federal agents from December 2020, MSgt Brown had his home raided in Tampa. During the hours-long raid, federal agents and local police on the Joint Terrorism Task Force raided his home with a search warrant over misdemeanors allegedly committed in DC.

How law enforcement was able to justify a federal search warrant of his home over 800 miles away from where a misdemeanor trespassoccurred should be considered a horrifying violation of the Fourth Amendment.

Imagine a SWAT team showing up to raid your home over a DUI. Or shoplifting. Or a bar fight with no serious injuries.To make matters worse, MSgt Brown had no prior convictions and 20 years of honorable service in the United States Army.

After the FBI raided his home, and turned off all of his 14 security cameras during the entire search providing no transparency or accountability,they found two firearms that violate the National Firearms Act: a .410 shotgun, an heirloom his grandfather left to his brotherwho then left it to him when he passed away several years back, and a short barreled rifle similar to the one MSgt Brown carried during his service to this country.

They alsoallegedly found a CD containing classified information and two M67 fragmentation grenadesin his flak jacket inside his RV on his property.

He was ultimately found not guilty of the classified CD because it was not documented very well in the search, the FBI crime scene photographer didn't recall seeing it, and the photograph the FBI had of it was on a table that didn't match any of the furniture in Brown's RV or home.

He was found guilty of the grenades, however. Each grenade had duct tape wrapped around them to secure the spoon (arming device). On the tape, forensics found textile fibers, hair, fingerprints and DNA. After taking samples from every possible location in MSgt Brown's home, from his pets, from himself and his girlfriend,there was no match.

Further, the reports from the Department of Defense that were presented as evidence simply showed that the grenades were in Iraq and Afghanistan, as was MSgt Brown.They did not, however, disclose the times in order to match them with MSgt Brown's deployments. And, for anyone who's deployed overseas to a combat zone, they are likely aware of how stringent and thorough the gear checks are when headed back to the states to ensure no contraband is smuggled out of a warzone.

Lastly, MSgt Brown was also foundguilty of having a classified document. However, during the trial,it was revealed that the document was not, in fact, a classified document, but a template that he made up on a non-secure computer using fake data and information he inputted so that when he arrived stateside, he could properly enter the classified information in its place and submit it over secured devices.For some strange reason, he was found guilty of that charge as well.

Master Sergeant Brown, after 20 years of honorable service in one of the most elite units in our country's Special Forces, has seemingly been forgotten in the broad J6 pardon orderbecause he was not permitted to use January 6th during his trial in Florida, even though he is currently appealing the conviction and using recent Supreme Court precedent in doing so.

During the Inaugural ceremonies on Monday, Joe Biden got a little handsy with First Lady Melania Trump. He can’t help it. He’s been groping women and children his entire adult life.

Old Joe reached over and grabbed Melania’s waste with hand and then moved over next to her body. Jill was standing right next to him.

Trump Responds to Inappropriate Far-Left ‘So-Called Bishop’ — ‘She and Her Church Owe the Public an Apology!’

President Donald Trump has responded to the inappropriate far-left female “so-called Bishop” who spoke at the National Prayer Service on Tuesday.

Episcopal Washington “Bishop” Mariann Edgar Budde used her time speaking at the National Cathedral to use her faith to attack the president.

“In the name of a loving God, to have mercy on the people in our country who are scared now, she stated. “There are gay, lesbian, and transgender children in Democratic, Republican, and Independent families, some who fear for their lives.”

“And the people who pick our crops and clean our office buildings…They may not be citizens or have the proper documentation,” she added.

“The vast majority of immigrants are not criminals. They pay taxes and are good neighbors…May I ask you to have mercy Mr. President on those in our communities whose children fear that their parents will be taken away,” she concluded.

The interfaith ceremony is typically apolitical and has been a longstanding tradition for the morning after an inauguration since 1933.

Budde went on a media tour following the service to promote herself for disrespecting the service and our president.

Trump responded to Budde’s antics in a late-night post to Truth Social, asserting that she and the church owe the public an apology.

The post read:

The so-called Bishop who spoke at the National Prayer Service on Tuesday morning was a Radical Left hard line Trump hater.She brought her church into the World of politics in a very ungracious way.

She was nasty in tone, and not compelling or smart. She failed to mention the large number of illegal migrants that came into our Country and killed people. Many were deposited from jails and mental institutions. It is a giant crime wave that is taking place in the USA.

Apart from her inappropriate statements, the service was a very boring and uninspiring one. She is not very good at her job! She and her church owe the public an apology! t (?)

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday, Budde previously wrote an op-ed for the far-left New York Times, saying she was “outraged by President Trump’s use of the Bible and the backdrop of St. John’s Church for his political purposes” during the deadly Black Lives Matter riots of 2020.

Budde also wrote she was “horrified” that Trump “was threatening to use military force across America” while “peaceful protesters” were being forcibly removed from Lafayette Park.

Trump Orders ‘One Flag’ Policy Across All U.S. Embassies — Pride and Black Lives Matter Flags No Longer Allowed

Over are the days of LGBT and Black Lives Matter flags being flown at foreign U.S. embassies.

According to The Washington Free Beacon, which obtained a copy of the State Department order signed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, U.S. embassies will be required to enforce a “one flag” policy worldwide.

This means that only the American flag can be flown, while any other type of flag is banned.

“Starting immediately, only the United States of America flag is authorized to be flown or displayed at U.S. facilities, both domestic and abroad, and featured in U.S. government content,” the order states.

”The flag of the United States of America united all Americans under the universal principles of justice, liberty, and democracy.”

“These values, which are the bedrock of our great country, are shared by all American citizens, past and present.”

Any employee found violating the new policy will “face disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract, or reassignment to their home agency.”

The only exceptionto the rule are the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action (POW/MIA) emblem and the Wrongful Detainees Flag.

“The U.S. flag is a powerful symbol of pride and it is fitting and respectful that only the U.S. flag be flown or displayed at U.S. facilities, both domestically and abroad,” the memo.

Over recent years, several U.S. embassies have flown flags promoting left-wing political ideas alongside the traditional Stars and Stripes with the full endorsement of the Biden administration.

The most notable of these embassies was in Brazil, which shamelessly hoisted the flag of the Marxist terror group Black Lives Matter.

“Today, we raise this flag to reiterate the importance of black lives around the world,” said the Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy and Consulates, Douglas Koneff, at the time.

“The United States is committed to continuing this fight and collaborating with any others who wish to do the same.”

Back in 2023, the Biden administration also draped LGBT flags across the White House in celebration of Pride Month.

During the celebrations, one transgender influencer even took his top off on the White House lawn and showed off his silicon breasts.
