I believe it is time for the several states to call for a Covention of States to Amend the Constitution. Amending and clarifying the 14th Amendment would be one of the reasons to do so. Many other issues also need to be updated and clarified.
Now, whether or not POTUS can issue an EO on this subject is debatable but, I believe that this article from the Federalist explains this and former POTUS attorney John Eastman makes a well reasoned arguement as to why children of illegals, diplomats, tourist etal…….are not subject to the "jurisdiction of" and what that means.
In any event, it is high time for this issue to go to SCOTUS. In the alternative, the CoS to Amend this Constitution is the for sure way to settle all of this. For those of you who will echo others who say that calling for a CoS would open the Constitution to ruin, losing the 1st, 2nd Amendment and others, you need to educate yourself on this. There is a near zero chance that the Constitution in it's current form could be altered by the radical left to do away with the Bill of Rights.
We have already had a Constitutiion Convention when the Constitution was crafted and later ratified in the late 1780's and 1791. This would not be a Constituion Convention but a Convention of States to AMEND the Constitution. Big difference.
Mark Levin's "The Liberty Amendments" lays out how all of this would come about and why there is next to a zero chance that the Constituion as we know it, could be destroyed by the radical marxist who would indeed destroy it, if they could. They can't.
