as a Catholic it's kind of wierd to see a woman claiming to be a bishop.
there was a very good reason why the gender roles were made and this woman is a pretty good example of why they should remain the way that they were for almost 2000 years.

if they do declare that they can they are apostate and no longer catholic, even if they call themselves 'Catholic'
biology gives them a once a month hormone explosion.
and when they are pregnant their concern is the child. It doesn't make sense to have such people in roles of power because they favor their own children just naturally and they are irrational and quick to be condemning, and will not relent or yield, and far less likely to compromise.
after the age of child baring perhaps that changes.
