if they do declare that they can they are apostate and no longer catholic, even if they call themselves 'Catholic'

and when they are pregnant their concern is the child. It doesn't make sense to have such people in roles of power because they favor their own children just naturally and they are irrational and quick to be condemning, and will not relent or yield, and far less likely to compromise.
