FF isn't about pushing blame. It's about deception of true intentions.

9/11 - true intention = destroy SEC evidence and records. False intention = terrorism.

OKC - true intention = destroy whitewater evidence, false intention = militia attack

The true intention of this attack is to delay the memo release and distract away from it. Potus isn't the one that releases it, House does. After review, the memo goes back to the house where Congress releases the memo.

False intention is it's an accident.

Casualties in this don't matter. It causes a narrative switch after the SOTU and it's caused a delay. Making people speculate about it, even us, is the intention.
