President Trump [Hannity]: FEMA is going to be a whole big discussion very shortly, because I'd rather see the states take care of their own problems.

President Trump: Who would ask for open borders with people pouring in, some of whom, I won't get into it, but you can look at them and you can say, could be trouble. Could be trouble.

Hannity: There are people with gang tattoos on.

President Trump: There are people coming in with tattoos all over their face. Their entire face is covered with tattoos. Typically, you know, he's not going to be the head of the local bank.
