Holy shit. I remember a Russian piece of shit that was caught making, and selling kiddie snuff for 10s of thousands of dollars, and I think Italy figured into it! It was in a documentary called SNUFF: A Documentary About Killing on Camera (2008) I believe.

I'm totally going to check this out tonight. I'm also going to cross reference with a book on Snuff called God's of Death.
