I'm not sure lethal force is authorized to defend "property" in any state.

Pretty sure Castle Doctrine only applies to the interior of at least a 3 sided structure.

So not think you can shoot trespassers, legally, unless they are armed.

Even then there would be a need for demonstrated hostile intent in rural areas. So as not to be confused with lost hunters.

In an urban setting hostile intent could be argues if some tard enters your property with a gun/

The original post was them being ON your property, give a warning and right shoot them dead.

 

You cannot shoot someone for being on your front lawn even after a warning, it aint like Hollywood.
