>Ivermectin + Fendendazole is effective on parasites, but what about crossing the blood brain barrier? Will it work in that regard?

Ivermectin does

>Do the parasites affect the GABA or the Ivermectin?

The parasite reduces GABA in brain making infected animal more prone to seizures, while ivermectin increases GABA, presumably by killing the parasite.
