Joy Reid says the affirmative action mentioned in Lyndon Johnson’s Executive Order 11246 of 1965 doesn’t mean affirmative action. She says it means they’ll just “take action affirmatively.”

 

This woman is an imbecile.

 

President Trump was right to cancel this EO recently by Johnson as it was used to force government contractors (employing more than 50 people) to have “placement goals for women and minorities.”

 

This means quotas based on gender and race.

 

That’s blatantly unconstitutional.

 

Reid is wrong like usual.
