anon is trying to keep up with all of the legal activity happening by DJT and his administration. He is moving so fast I'm having a hard time. This piece of the puzzle is important. It's a "so sad" story but the key info is DOJ orders federally funded legal service providers to stop providing support at immigration courts.
The obvious is important in that they will lose Federal funding but also it is a legal position that helping in this manner subverts the Governments ability to repel the invasion. Anyone doing so is subject to arrest and even preemptive detention.
Reminder: preemptive detention of USA citizens must be in accordance with the amended Immigration and Nationalization ACT called Non Detention. (posted it in previous bread)
