Haiti - RD : Dominican petition for the construction of a wall along the border with Haiti

"We must mobilize, because this apparent mobilization of human rights protection agencies, can not come here in reaction, whenever there is a crisis in the neighboring country," affirming that the project of construction of a wall along the border with Haiti will send a signal to the world that Dominicans can not take over the situation of Haitians.
