Dear President Trump;

Respectfully sir, no water from Canada flows to California, nor does any from Canada serve as a supplemental source of supply for the federally subsidized State Water Project,the Central Valley Project or any other project serving California.

Some tributary areas which originate in Canada do flow into the Columbia River Drainage which does not flow into Californian.

As for the two goals which you mentioned having for California, voter ID (also paper ballots and one day voting would be nice) and overturning environmental “protection” of the San Joaquin Delta to reestablish the reliability of the State Water Project as originally planned and developed; please add a third goal: shut down the massive spray bombing operations which nobody wants to talk about (why is that?)

Either the spray bombing has the support of your administration which governs sovereign federal airspace, or it is a program funded and operated outside direct federal control; perhaps similar to the way US taxpayer borrow money to fund the UN and NGO sponsored invaders of our country and must be stopped.
