According to North Korea’s state-run news, they tested a submarine-launched cruise missile (SLCM) that flew a “1,500-kilometer-long elliptical and eight-shaped flight orbits for 7,507 to 7,511 seconds" (KCNA). While the missile variant was not specified, the claimed flight time is similar to that of the Pulhwasal-3-31 SLCM that they tested earlier last year (pictured below). This post will be updated as updates are released from the relevant South Korean/Japanese agencies and/or INDOPACOM.

Call signs are for radio communications with ATC, Tower, Military channels, etc. This anon is not gonna lose any sleep over the lack of a call sign in the ADS-B data broadcast field. In fact, from an opsec standpoint, it sounds like a good idea. Speculating otherwise is an ill informed slide.
