I have a suspicion that if Q comes back, he will do so at a time that the enemy makes a move to attempt to regain power.

Right now the country is feeling pretty relieved and I don't think the military would want to upset that by stoking news stories about Q.

However, if the deep state/globalists make a large move, then I'd expect Q to pop back up.
