I seriously thought that was fake when I first saw it. I was going to shop it, but it already said everything.
Gowdy is responding based on only the evidence he is officially shown. That likely doesn't match what he knows, so he stays very neutral. He specifies "The documents I was given" several times. I believe he won't let us down. Same for Sessions, his body language has him bouncing with hidden happy expectation or even excitement in interviews.
My non-baker thoughts:
Is it New, is it clearly relevant to Q research, is it well sourced? Does it help to piece together existing crumbs or dead ends?
i.e. How notables were decided 6 months ago.
I'm aware of that. They have to be impartial and not let disgust show through in interviews. This makes many people doubt for some reason.
